Paired with a dress like Nikki Perry and Jennifer Lopez or with a more casual outfit like Katy Perry, purple suede pumps have been popping up all over the place this season. People has this particular trend in their “Would you wear these trends” feature with more then 75% percent of readers saying that yes, they would. Can you blame them? I love it and purple is a hot color for this year! A great pair of purple suede pumps is a great way to add a punch of color to a neutral outfit or to accent the gorgeous colorful summer dresses that are in for this season!

For a while now, I’ve been looking for a pair of red high heels. I don’t know why but I’ve never had red heels before and I want some. I LOVE red lol. I finally found the perfect pair and ordered them yesterday from CutesyGirll! They are from Girl15N Pumps and are also available in silver, purple, black, brown, cream and leopard print. LOVE LOVE LOVE THEM!!

I LOVE vintage and retro styles – in home decor, in weddings and in fashion. Today I discovered Baby Girl Boutique – a online store specializing in retro, rockabilly, indie and boho clothing and accessories. They have a fantastic selection of retro shoes that I absolutely fell in love with! One particular collection – Penthouse Shoes – caught my eye and there are a few styles that have now made their way onto my wish list.

I discovered an awesome new blog earlier today – The VainGlorious Life with Kristen Turner. I am already in love with Kristen. She has a fantastic sense of style and already in the past few weeks she posted some absolutely darling DIY projects – including a DIY tutorial that takes a basic pair of flip flops and turns them into these adorable, strappy numbers.

I love my shoes – a lot. I probably spend more time deciding what shoes to wear then I do deciding what clothes lol.  And yes – I often pick my outfits based on what shoes I want to wear that day lol.   So – most of my friends and family would get a kick out of a card like these one that I found on Etsy earlier today:

I am completely in love with these shoe clips. They are adorable peacock feather clips with a little rhinestone bling that you can clip on to your shoes to dress them up. These would look fantastic on a simple pair of black heels as shown or on other colors like blue, purple, gold, etc.

I want – very very much lol.

I hate socks – passionately. I spend all winter looking forward to spring so I can wear sandals and leave the socks behind lol.  Its starting to get warm out there – and the stores are now full of lovely sandal eyecandy and yes, I did cave and buy myself a few. I ordered them from CutesyGirl so they aren’t here yet but I wanted to show them off. I can’t wait to wear them!

These are really cute – and they have almost no heel so they will be great for walking and just hanging around outside.  They had other color options as well but I really like this color scheme and I have a cute black and red skirt that will go really well with them as well.  The style name is Classified Sierra Flats and I picked them up for $18 from CutesyGirl.

These are wedges and I don’t normally like wedges but these were kind of cute. They are only about 2″ so they will still be comfortable enough to wear for work and I very much needed a nice pair of work shoes that I could wear without socks:)  They are  Bamboo Crowd01 Wedges and I got them for $19.99 from CutesyGirl.

I have a major sweet tooth so this collection of candy inspired shoes entitled Lollice from Belma Arnautovic definitely peaked my interest! It’s definitely a love/hate collection – there are a few styles I absolutely love and would definitely wear. And others that I am not a fan of. But – they are all interesting either way:

I LOVE these shoes! The design is from Little Brit Art on Etsy. The artist, Jennifer, offers a beautiful selection of cards and framed artwork showcasing shoes – the perfect card or gift for the shoe addict in your life.  I am particularly in love with this one because of the lilies. I wonder if I could take a pair of shoes and add flowers to them myself? Wouldn’t that be perfect for Easter gatherings?

I actually did order some – I order this set below. For $12 I get 12 cards (2 of each design). I will use one of each as cards for friends birthdays and that type of thing. I am going to frame the other ones and hang them in my entrance way.
